The Greater Gardner Community Development Corporation promotes self-sufficiency by creating affordable housing opportunities and providing additional programs that raise the economic, educational, and social levels of residents in its service area.


Our service area includes the communities of Gardner, Ashburnham, Hubbardston, Templeton, Westminster, and Winchendon. In furthering our mission, the CDC Board of Directors has established the following activities:

	Promote safe, decent, affordable housing to meet the needs of low- and moderate-income residents.
	Provide owners of start-ups and micro-enterprises by providing technical assistance, entrepreneurial training, and access to loan products.
	Provide extended learning programs to increase education and employment opportunities for low and moderate income residents, including an after school homework center, office internships, and access to computers and the Internet through a Cyber Café.
	Deliver programs through collaborative partnerships with other community organizations, agencies and institutions.
